Ryan stated, "Today at gym we played about 5 relay games and the one I liked the most was Poison Ivy Flush."

Daisy added, "Today we had science and Alyson, Kishan and I were talking about what we knew about weather.  We wrote it on a paper."

Al said, "Today at gym Jayden and I were doing games, the luge, curling, and giant slalom."

Boris said, "Today at math we made tessallations with patterns and I made one that was half purple and half green."

Katrina said, "Today at the assembly we sang a song called February and someone sang a song about Haiti and it was where the man came from."

Fred stated, "Today we read A Cloak for the Dreamer. It was about tessellations."

Trystan added, "Today we had art and we saw a video about Henry Matisse."

Tuesday's News

Justin said, "Today in gym Kishan, Daisy, and I were on Team Germany and we had a mascot that was a potato.  It's name was Klaus."

Jayden said, "Today at math we had partners and mine was Despina and we had geoboards and geobands and we had to match the shape and find the area.  We made up a shape on the challenge sheet and it was pants and a shirt and it was 9 square units."

Monday's News

Alex said, "Today we went to computer and library and we did all of our fix and finishes in computer."

Maddie said, "Today  is the first day we are going to hand out these stars for Good Attitude and Quiet Worker and there are going to be other stars for other days."

Renee said, "Today we did a worksheet and you had to figure out how many triangles fit in the shape that it shows on the paper.  We were trying to figure out the area of the shape in triangles."

Kishan exclaimed, "Today we had our Friendhship Day party and everybody got a lot of candy and their bags were almost filled to the top!"

Justin said, "Today Fred's mom celebrated with us the Chinese New Year and taught us how to make lanterns out of cards."

Allie stated, "Today we had our Valentine's Day Party and we got candy and last Friday we made bags for the candy to go in.

Trystan said, "Today at Math Workplaces Kishan, Jayden, and I went to "How Can You Build It?" and I discovered that the J was tiny!"

Al  exclaimed, "Today was Boris's birthday and he brought in a treat with yogurt and fruit: a yogurt parfait. I didn't know what kind of yogurt it was and there were blueberries and strawberries in it!"

Allie said, "Today at math we guessed mystery shapes. We were told faces of the shapes and you had to guess. You were allowed to change your guess if it didn't have the same face as you just saw."

Daisy said, "Today we played with geometric shapes and we had a paper and it had a bunch of numbers on it."

Alyson said, "Today at art we finished our magic carpet and everybody did a person and a poem or story. I did a person and she was flying on my magic carpet to Florida."

Mrs. LeFevre exclaimed, "Today is the 100th day of school and we earned our 100th star! Our Mystery Reward is going to be Comfy Cozy Day tomorrow!"
