Friday's News

Fred said, "Today at the end of the day we went to the play the Fighting Frogs of Windham and the frogs were telling the story and the people were acting it on the stage.  I thought they did pretty good."

Alex H. stated, "Today we got a Mystery Reward and it's Dress Up Day and I'm probably not going to put on a dress on Dress Up Day! :) "

Wednesday's News

Isabella exclaimed, "On our field trip it was really, really hot!  My group went to a lot of places.  We went to a place where  you could go in a house and see what it looked like.  The man's house we went into was an important person.  We saw his bed and I think he had a son or daughter because we saw a kid bed.  We had a lot of fun and I got my hair wet!

Alyson added, "Today on the field trip to Sturbridge Village our class was split up into groups.  I was with Maddie's mom, Justin's mom, Allie's mom and Renee's mom.  We went to see if the park was open and there  was a sign that said, No School Groups."

Tuesday's News

Trystan said, "Today at gym Al and I were partners and we were throwing frisbees and I caught the frisbee once and Al caught it 3 times.  There was a pin we had to knock over and I knocked it over twice and Al knocked it over twice."

Jayden added, "Today at math I did Handful of Treasure.  Trystan and I played and I got confused and Trystan put all the glass blobs together so we had to count out 90 again."

Monday's News

Despina stated, "Today at computer we went to the simple machines program and I played a game where you have to put the simple machines in place."

Trystan chuckled, "Today at recess Jayden, Austin, Ryan, Kishan, Ian and I were all telling funny stories."

Friday's News

Katrina said, "Today at Writer's Workshop I was working on my book and I just need to illustrate it with color.  In my story from the writing prompt I was pretending because my aunt doesn't really have a farm but I said that I heard a noise and then I heard it again and I saw it and it was a monkey in her barn."

Jayden stated, "Today at gym we played lacrosse at the kickball field and Trystan accidentally kicked me in the head and then I got him out.  I was the one who usually got people out at first base."

Thursday's News

Isabella stated, "Today at PE we played lacrosse.  My partner was Katrina and my other partner was Ryan."

Daisy added, "Today at math we did Race You to 100 and Back and Mrs. LeFevre won."

Wednesday's News

Kishan stated, "Today at art we made colorful paintings which had planets in the background.  Fred made Jupiter and I made Saturn and Mars."


Alex said, "Today we are still trying to make the butter into butter.  We are shaking the butter right now until it make a kerthunk!"

Monday's News

Al stated, "Today at math we played a game called Make 100! Over or Under?  Both times my team won."


Allie exclaimed, "Today at Must Do's we had a science experiment and we took a little bit of cream and put it in a jar and  Mrs. LeFevre timed us and we had to shake the cream in the jar.  Mrs. LeFevre timed herself and she used a blender and mixed the cream and we made a prediction in our booklets.  It took us 8  minutes and Mrs. LeFevre 6 minutes and it got thicker and turned into butter.  We added a pinch of salt and we had butter on crackers.  We learned that it takes a  shorter time with simple machines than just our own force.  They made simple machines to make your work easier!"

Friday's News

Fred said, "Today at P.E. we played soccer and we had 4 goals."

Boris stated, "Today at Writer's Workshop I wrote a book with 2 sides.  One is called A Trip to Russia and the other A Trip to Texas.  I just wrote the Texas one and I had a monster in it and the monster had boots with a star on them and he really looked like a monster because he had horns."

Thursday's News

Justin said, "Today we got a new classmate.  Her name is Isabella and we were partners in math."

Maddie stated, "Today at gym we practiced soccer and in my group I had Fred, Boris and Isabella. My favorite game that we played was Monkey in the  Middle."

Tuesday's News

Katrina said, "Today at recess I went on the monkey bars with Sedona and Renee  was there too.  She was going from one side to the other and Sedona and I were getting on the same side over and over again because we all switched sides.  It really stretches out your arms."

Daisy said, "Today at Work Places Ryan, Al, Katrina and I were doing Work Place D.  Katrina and I were doing base ten sticks and the last one we used the box of magic clay sticks.  I put in all the base ten sticks and the roll of clay was heavier than the base ten sticks."

Monday's News

Ryan stated, "Today at computer I went on KidPix and I made a picture and it was like a snake with lava over it."

Alyson added, "Today at math Despina and I were partners and we did Scoop 100 and Despina and I kept getting really close to 100 and once we got over 100 and we had to do it over again and it was with buttons."

Friday's News

Alex said, "Today we had extra recess and we played tag outside and no one was usually always it and no one was actually not ever it."

Allie explained, "Today at Writer's Workshop I finished illustrating my book called Super Monkey and today after we finished Donovan's Word Jar I shared it with the class."

Thursday's News

Maddie smiled, "Today Miss Battinelli came and she helped us with some of our work and she read us a story called, The Great Ball Game."

Boris cried, "Today at gym we played bowling and I got two turns and tomorrow I am going to get one and finish the game.  Also, I almost had to put up the pins every time!  You had to put the pins on the yellow pieces of tape."

Wednesday's News

Kishan stated, "Today we were doing our practice math test and the really easy problem was really confusing to the whole class because we are more used to doing hard problems instead of easy!"

Jayden explained, "Today at art we did painting of our pottery and I did 2 dogs.  One was black and one was brown."

Tuesday's News

Al stated, "Today at physical education we practiced soccer and we played a game and nobody got my ball away from me."

Trystan added, "Today after physical education and music we had a special surprise.  Boris's mom baked cupcakes!  Yum!  We also showed a picture of Al and I holding the flag for Opening Day on the Little League website."

Wednesday's News

Katrina stated, "Today outside I played on the monkey bars and I fell off one time when I was going across.  Then I was jumping to the third bar and I bumped my head on the second bar and it hurt."

Alyson exclaimed, "Today at gym we did T-Ball and my partners were Daisy and Katrina and we hit the ball to the ceiling and I hit the ball to the white wall across and it bounced off the bench and rolled back to us.  It was really cool!"

Justin said, "Today in Writer's Workshop I only needed to do half a page and my cover until my book was done."

Ryan said, "Today at computer I went to Raz-Kids and I bought a rocketship and it didn't look like what it was worth."
